有点疑问，

发表图书之前在杂志上刊登摘要有利，能增加书的销量和拿到报酬。问Conclusion。

A 讲的是这样有更多的人想读该书。并不一定表示sales增加啊。为什么是conclusion？

D 讲的是书的销量和刊登摘要的杂志销量成正比。 我觉得就是原文重述嘛，挺合适的。为什么不选？

我的思路错在哪里了？
