在我看来,长江和中欧的Career office都是很不错的,是商学院的一大卖点。至于有人找不到满意的工作,更多的是个人原因,中欧和长江也不是个个牛人的嘛!税前30万,Basic Salary也不过2万而已(按照一般的年终奖金水平)。参照现在的物价水平和上海薪水水准,一个工作5-7年的销售经理,一般工业方向(不是Consulting or IB,也不是现在最热的汽车或者化工),也能拿到这个薪水了,不用MBA的,呵呵!所以,应该说这个信息还是比较务实的。关键是,中欧或者长江毕业3年后的情况是怎样的!
I think CEIBS is on the right direction to expand its MBA class. Eventually, any good business school should attract about 300 MBA students to be a regular business school. CKGSB should expand its MBA size at some point as well to have a larger influence. The CEIBS expansion experience should be a valuable lesson for CKGSB as well and we should be thankful for that.
ISB is doing well in global placement and that is something we Chinese schools have to address eventually. We will be a true international school if we can place our students anywhere in the world. Both CEIBS and CKGSB need to work in that direction.
