300K 估计真没几个学校OM能开到? 我们Ross今年招新人，也只是开到小200K 9个月的水平。据我所知Ross的AP横向比较来看，薪水已经是比较好的了。

我觉得在接下来的3-5年里，美国30-100名学校的AP招人可能会受到来自业界不小的冲击。今年Ross各个系想上market的人里，想去业界的人陡增，还有低年级的好多主动和我联系，想了解intern的事情。

it's a good question. Meta was among the first tech firms to lay off employees amid fears of a looming recession. These fears, however, seem to be fading away.
