The risk management you will be doing requires a quite different skill set from banking in general. I would say it's not a straightforward transition to banking if you exit your current job in 3 years.
But in 3 years your career plan may change. I feel your Deloitte experience may better prepare you for a strategy consulting job if you choose to go to MBA by that time. Honestly if I look back at my career path and I sometimes would wonder if I had done consulting how my life would have been like.
With that said, to your questions:
#1. If you have such a strong and exclusive passion for banking, I'd suggest you look for an opportunity to switch to banking soon. But while you are working at your job, I recommend you try to become an expert on some industries that your clients are in. For instance, if you work on a project for a auto industry client, why not take the time to study the industry and build some knowledge and expertise. Also think about how your project will help the client economically (everything that clients pay money to have consultants should deliver economic value). The capability of thinking out of box and connecting the dots are essential for everyone to succeed. If you continue doing that, in another 3 years, you can easily differentiate yourself from peers. It's not that you try hard to look different, rather it's that your clients, your managers will be cognizant of your unique value and potential.
#2. I'm not sure if I completely understand "承做". But if I may generalize it to investment banking, I think an MBA makes more sense.
#3. Don't restrict yourself to 5 years of GMAT score expiry. I'm sure you can do better in 3 or 5 years, after all, it's just a test and everyone can ace it. If you have an opportunity to do banking, I think you should try to do that. Pre-MBA, it doesn't really matter if you do investment banking or corporate banking.
#4. If I were you, I would try to get an MBA overseas. Big 4 hire way too many people globally and I do realize sometimes it's not that easy to stand out when everyone wants to switch to banking at certain point.
Good luck with everything!
