我也很迷惑为什么A不对。我觉得A如果作为一个假设前提，是可以加强S的结论的。因为中等程度的失业率5%，已经可以得出R的数字（90%的人都认识失业的人）。那A说一般情况下失业率不会高与5%，不如只有3%或2%，那不是更加加强S的结论了吗？

至于B对，我是理解的。
