也要看人的，我知道的有三流学校的女生，英语很一般，都拿到工作OFFER的。。。但是亚裔男，真的很难很难。。。

exactly. I'm working in the UK. my best english friend told me honestly that in most cases they only want asian girls to stay. 1st, they have natural desire to protect girls. 2nd, if they hire an asian girl they can increase the 'intl employee percentage' and 'women employee percentage' at the same time... i think it similar in the US. it's just my experience. anyway, thousands of of chinese found jobs and stay every year.

这个帖子写的真好，一个话都讲不清楚的人，怎么可能找到工作? 不要指望着本来英文口语差的人，读个MBA 就能把你的口语提高多少，看看那些读MBA 之前还要读几个月ESL的人，我真想不通，你话都说不好，怎么指望着那个公司去雇佣你？就会读书的哑巴有毛用？！
