I want to go to K part-time. Can any existing K-school students help me understand how much time I need for each course? I understand it may vary depending on the course, but can anyone please share any insider info on how much time needed for a chinese student on each course? Thank you for your help ;)

To 木木和木木: If you have extensive
business background, then maybe the 1 year MBA program is good for you.
Check our website. The drawback is  that you can't do summer intern,
so it'll be difficult to switch career.

To mba1974: I am not a part-time student but I heard the work load is pretty similar.
It really depends on courses. Generally speaking,
you need to spend a lot of time on the projects and homework, especially
on Finance and accounting courses. Expect to spend all your spare time
over the next 3 or 4 years.

It's difficult to predict the possibility. You do have an impressivebackground, however, people with your background can get in or getrejected. The key is to make the story flow. Spend some time, sit downand really think about why you want to do MBA, what's your career/lifegoals and how could they be related to each other. Then put those intoyour essays.  Next thing you know, you are accepted

It is suitable for me to invite you (kelloggchina) to review my application, and thus give me some advisory feedback? Thanks.

To akuma3:   We would love to help you as much as we can. However, for your own benefit, someone who is more familiar with yourlife&work experience, could be your managers or classmates, canprobably  give you better suggestions on your essays. Infact,  essays with good real stories(on leadership, teamwork etc.)are usually better perceived by Admission Officers, no one other thanyouself can find out what stories you may have will fit into theessays.
You have a very diverse background, there must be a lot of interestingstories that you can use in your essays. Think hard and you will befine.

To boli74:  By asking that, they are alsoevaluating your ability of explaining sth. in the pre-definedframework. If I were you, I would follow the instructions precisely.

To
木木和木木: It's really a personalcall. If you feel like you can waive a lot of courses, and you are nota career switcher, the 1 year program may just be fine.

请问,我在填kellogg专业时同时填5个专业有没有问题? 因为不是太了解,好像这5个中难以取舍。顺便问问,Kellogg是进去时就分专业吗?还是读一段时间后再分?
