过去式：overcame:表示过去发生的事，一般过去式用

过去分词：overcome:完成时态和被动语态用

D中使用overcome是正确的，表示被动

C 的错误是否还应该算上and 前后不平行这一条? and 前面是被动, 后面是主动, 如果说and 后的had been 省略了话, 那么鸟被掉下来也不合逻辑啊.
