with除了在一些词组中的用法外，其用法基本上可以分为两大类：
1·with独立主格结构：由“with    ＋宾语＋宾补”构成的复合结构，在句中可作状语，表示伴随。这一结构中的宾语补足语可由现在分词、过去分词、形容词、副词或介词短语等来充当；此时的with结构与主句的主谓有紧密的关系。
一般情况下，with的独立主格结构在GMAT中被认为是不好的选项，但不一定。
2·with引导介词结构：作为名词的后置定语来修饰名词，与名词之间可用逗号隔开。

其实看了那么久，并不是定语从句的问题，第二题如果不看其他的，只看with结构是正确的，但是结合语境。。可以发现是现在完成时，with在这里一定是作为伴随修饰，但是现在完成时的条件下，已经完成的，就无法在使用with表示与主句动作同时的含义了。。。。。。。。。。。作为个人想法，从另一角度分析下，希望可以帮到你
