答案是E，不是难题，但我还是有个问题，the unemployment rate 和Dutch economy 为什么会是平行的，我一上来就排除了带and的选项，因为我觉得是Dutch的失业率，应该用with。

我是这么想的，
如果用with就是说是the Dutch economy with the balbalabal，显然说不通呐
这里是想说明两个问题一个事荷兰的经济还有一个就是他们的失业率 。
所以用and链接挺好的
