关于今年H1B申请

麻烦大侠们提供点信息，我是5月十几号公司帮我递交上了申请，公司赞助的，我本科结束，在美国opt呢，觉得反正opt十月才到期，case0就没有加急，我看移民网站信息是5月22号接受了case，当时6500的名额用了42000，可是今天查的时候，显示所有名额用完.....(On June 11, 2012, USCIS received a sufficient number of petitions to reach the statutory cap for FY 2013. On June 7, 2012, USCIS also received more than 20,000 H-1B petitions on behalf of persons exempt from the cap under the advanced degree exemption. USCIS will reject petitions subject to the cap for H-1B specialty occupation workers seeking an employment start date in FY 2013 that are received after June 11, 2012.)
我的审核阶段还在第二阶段--Initial review, 大家说说我这是不是也就没有机会了。。。还算在这65000的名额里么，都用完了，我的怎么还是显示初审状态，我还有机会被批准么？
