To be frank, I have no idea. But some questions are definitely going to be asked:

Why MBA? Why Duke? Short-term and long-term career goal?

Just get prepared for these questions. Be confident and relax. That's enough.

Why teamwork is your weakness?

are you really weak in teamwork? if yes, try to find something that can show you are NOT weak. If no, try to find something that can show you are STRONG. You understand me?

May i submit two recommendations from two different managers in a same company? Since i only worked in one company after graduation~~ Do you think the recommendations should be from different sources to be stronger?

submitted application online two days ago. however, have not received a comfirm letter from duke. Anything wrong? I am litter worried.

One of my recommenders has already submitted the recommendations online. I don't know what she elaborates but she insists teamwork is one of my weaknesses in personal talk to me although I am not 100% convinced on that. I can raise some opposite examples to prove my teamwork, but that would be in conflict with her words and lead to negative impact (such as dishonesty). What should I do?
