I think it's better to answer the questions one by one. But if your recommender is unable to do so,  I think one letter that covers all the questions is OK.

we know, the fuqua always said "team Fuqua" or team Duke". So i want to ask every Duker, it is really nice, it is really team Fuqua? I know, you must said 'Sure" or 'Yes". "Team Fuqua" is the slogan and culture of Fuqua School of Business. If you ask me whether it really exists, my answer is yes because I really think so. Just like companies, the cultures of b-schools can be very different.

As for your question of what is the challenge and how to become a good leader, I don't think I have the answer. I believe everybody has his or her own opinions.

BTW, we proudly call ourselves "Dukie", not "Duker".

hehe, Duke的xd，我想他这么问可以理解的，虽然有点怀疑的成分在里面。因为不少学校都在强调teamwork，以至于太多了而让人怀疑是不是真的非常讲究这种团结合作。并且想知道每个学校的teamwork的特色是什么。（我现在也还是挺想知道的，呵呵：）  ）

不过我可以略微回答一点儿前面那个xd的问题，我从其他渠道接触到的Duke的人，确实很好，可以感到有种文化在里面。

另外想问问Duke的朋友，对于电信行业，duke的优势在哪个方面呢，或者说我以后想从事电信行业的工作，可以怎么利用Duke的一些资源和机会呢？（我看到Duke在tech方面的排名也很高，但我不太清楚是否专门针对health sector的。）

In my opinion, the telecom companies are not very enthusiastic MBA recruiters. Duke has second-to-none facillities and resources, but I don't think there are anything specially designed for students trying to join the telecom industry. You can choose to do Finance or Marketing in a telecom company after graduation, but you know, that also depends on whether the telecom companies will offer some positions.

确实每个商学院都很强调teamwork,但是程度肯定有所不同。"Team Fuqua"是我们的culture.这里鼓励的是团结协作，学生之间不是互相竞争的关系，学校也不鼓励一种互相竞争的氛围。

Telecommunication companies are not active at recuriting MBA students. If you are talking about service provider, the number probably is zero. For class 2004, the IT hiring companies includes IBM, Intel, Dell, Microsoft, HP, Avaya, Lucent, Yahoo, etc.

For the essay, express a true yourself should be the key. My 2 cents.
