PhD in Business DOES NOT require any work experience and work experience is not an advantage. But you must have very good academic record and GMAT score.
For all the PhD programs in top B-schools, they prefer Chinese candidates who have got a master degree (personal opinion) in the US. Therefore, if you only have a bachelor degree in China, it will be very difficult. Since all the PhD students are granted full scholarship and only a a few applicants are admitted, you are facing fierce competition. To get in a PhD program of top b-schools is harder than getting in an MBA program.
But don't be scared by me, you can always have chance if you try. |
