The best way is to call admission office or send an email to check the feedback process and whether special requirements are required for reapplicants.

If that's indeed your career goal, if you present it in a reasonable and realistic way, I don't think it will bring any negative impact.

If you are in America, I think the best way is to visit Duke personally, and schedule an interview with an admission officer. If you come here, you can know more about Fuqua by auditing a class and talking to current students. That will also help you decide whether Fuqua is the right fit for you.

Telecommunication companies are not active at recuriting MBA students. If you are talking about service provider, the number probably is zero. For class 2004, the IT hiring companies includes IBM, Intel, Dell, Microsoft, HP, Avaya, Lucent, Yahoo, etc.

In general, the majority B-schools graduates will go to either finance or consulting industries. Telecommunication companies market has not recovered from the recession yet, for example, AT&T and Nortel announced another round layoff recently.

A quick quesiton.  Does Fuqua request official GMAT and TOEFL scores recieved before application deadline? Or it is only used to verify my self-reported scores after admission?  How long does it take for the scores to reach the school?

First, you'd better directly apply a US MBA if you want. If you have a domestic MBA, you'd better think it over carefully whether you need another. If you still want to come to US for MBA, you must explain why you want another MBA in your essays. Also please note that there is no “其他相关学位”in Fuqua，only MBA and PhD.

Second, the HSM program we talked about is NOT a degree!!! It's like an elective course. It helps students who are interested in bio/pharma/medical to know more about the industry. If your caree goal is not in these industries, it is useless to you.

It is natural that the visa officer will question your pursuit of a second MBA. But don't be scrared, every Chinese MBA student will have to face the challenge from VO, right?

I remembered that self-reported socres are okey for application. I suggest you double check the application website or confirm with admission office.

My last year experience for one school is five working days after I called ETS. I don't know this is an exception or a typical rule.
