May I know the source of these questions? They look quite different from those from the OG.

Practice question were taken from many sources, including but not limited to, questions asked by readers of CD.com, questions appeared in other GMAT forums, and questions coined by GMAT tutors.

Then a question followed. Your correct answer to Q4 is D. The first presents a goal, strategies  for achieving which are being evaluated in the argument…….

But i don't really agree that the BF also presents strategies, which is stated as "They plan to do this by purchasing that land from the farmers who own it." without being bolded.

Could you explain that?

You need to work on your SC skills.

The first presents a goal, strategies for achieving which are being evaluated in the argument

What the above says is:

The first BF presents a goal.  The strategies for achieving that goal have been evaluated in the argument.

It does not say:
The first BF PRESENTS the strategies.

为什么是part of premise 不是part of evidence？感觉两者有点像。怎么区分？？？
