关于 one of+n.(复数)+that从句 的主谓一致

看来首先通过句意，判断that是修饰one 还是 ns, 如果无法判断才应用上面的 有无the 来区分，其实有无the也是一种普遍的判断标准，即that从句是修饰one 还是ns。

我只会总结，供讨论啊。

这个题是个倒装句，主语是market（从前半部分的倒装已经可以看出来，从这一点上来讲降低了难度），如果把后面的is bringing 改成are，逻辑上是讲不通的。

1。"one of..."首先是并列说明“the spraying of matacil”, determined by 前半句是完整句和“toxic...”是描述“the spraying of matacil”.

2。"one of the anti-budworm agents that is least toxic....."是和“least”有关的。"that is.."相当于后置限制形容 “one of..”. 而出现“least”最高级中也只能来说明“one”,也既是“the spraying of matacil”

白勇在讲课时说: one of+名词复数+that从句的结构中，that从句的谓语动词要和of后面的名词保持一致，用复数形式。

但是，我在做阅读时对这条“公理”产生了疑问。在杨继阅读精解section 7第2篇中有一句话：Scientists have now investigated the effects of the spraying of Matacil, one of the anti-budworm agents that is least toxic to insect-pollinators. 这里的红字不分不就是白勇讲的这个结构？那为什么这里的that从句谓语动词用单数呢？白勇讲的这条“公理”还能作为判断选项对错的依据吗？

LZM的书里有很详细的注解：

1〉'one of' 结构作为主语时+V，'two of' + Vs

2> 'one of + n(pl.)+that/who'+V，因为在GMAT当中that，which，who 都closely follow the subject they modified, 所以他们都修饰n(pl.)

3>the only one/the first one of...+Vs

P.S. numbers of +n[c] ALWAYS WRONG

large sums of/quantities of +n+V  : e.g. large sums of water ARE
