为什麽我在第一段和第二段读出了转折的味道，首先，这段文章在第二段有一个however,

再者第一段说经理decision-sharing影响adhere to plan是因为做decision-making的人觉得involved

第二段说decision-sharing 和adhere to plan的关系也许受公司的政策影响

如果真的有转折意味的话，为什麽B不对呢

再者第24题，第二段通篇的感觉都是在强调两者之间的区别是采用decision-sharing与否，可是没有提及build strategy 和cash flow 的关系呀

言下之意，
第1段说两者高度相关，前者影响后者，(11)提出原因，参与decision-sharing的人>>>当然more committed to blahblah>>>所以就adhere to plans；
第2段用however转折，说两者在不同的条件下会有不同的关系，先说在harvest 策略下，才有第1段说的结果，支持第1段的论点。然后再说在build下，(55)conversely，是individual leadership才与adherence to plans 相关，不是decision-sharing。

很清楚，这就是去qualify，"衡量"第1段的论点是好是坏，既非100%否定，也非100%支持。however与conversely两个转折是重点。

ps.however并非每次都要refute，仅代表转折之意，是个中性的讯号字。

24:我选D，支持11楼跟21楼，因为文章的资讯只说到harvest对cash-flow的看法，build的看法未提及，有可能两方同边，所以不能说硬说两者必然different。

认为：decision-sharing会使得adhere to plans的可能性增加，也就是说两者为正关系。这也是也一段的主要意思。

第二段第一句：

However, the relationship between

top management decision-sharing and

adherence to plans may be affected

by a firm’s strategic mission.

是在怀疑第一段所认为的“正关系”，它认为decision-sharing和firms adhere to plans 的关系受到strategic mission的影响，也就是说由于两种不同的strategic mission而产生正负两种关系（这段后面也讨论了这一点）。再加上这句话开头一个However明显是承上文转折的，可见是对上文的qualify（注意不是refute，refute是完全否认上文提到的正关系）

我原本选的就是D，看了答案之后以为是自己错了，但是再把原文通读一边后还是坚持自己的看法D! 如果没有however我会认为E对

24题我真有点晕了，原本坚持E的，看了大家的讨论，发现对最后一段的话没理解好，或许D更好：

原文最后一句：

Build strategies

这种在原文定位复杂的题目最讨厌了

23题，我原来也选的D，后来读了几遍，觉得还是E好。第二段首的However不是表转折，而是表递进，第二段对第一段是起补充说明具体情况的作用。

新东方的阅读老师鹏鹏讲过，HOWEVER，不一定都是表转折，especially在大段列举后的However是表递进。

至于E中的distinction,来自于括号中的内容。问题不是问line17-24吗？括号中的内容正是在17-24行。

OG里说过比较相同点或不同点，一定要两方都有的内容，一方没有提到的，就不能算相同点或不同点。况且，D中的the relative importance the assign 与原文的is willing to 好象不大一样。

23选D, 前面说挺多了, 第一段讲decision-sharing对adherence的作用, howerver后的话是说这种作用,即the relationship between top management decision-sharing and

adherence to plans 受到strategic mission影响, 注意不是adherence受影响, 因此是qualify上段观点

24肯定选E,  in a “build” strategy scenario, individual leadership, rather than decision-sharing, may promote adherence to plans  是说individual leadership比decision-sharing更会adherence, 这和employ decision-sharing in developing strategic plans完全无关.
