如果对国际油价有概念的话，很多年了，国际油价正常情况下每桶基本都低于USD35，多在20－30之间徘徊，that is, 说的当然是oil要涨到solar power经济可行的threshold，the price per barrel USD35 。 但好像理解成要涨USD35，也不影响解题。
