This is very true. A lot of people prefer to remain private on their holdings, despite that they may sometimes spin off some non-cores business at great prices. But come back to the point that I mention very early, that many companies would need cash, and if the company is a start up, the PE/VC people may like to cash in and realized some of the profit from earlier tranches.
