Journalist:  Well-known businessman Arnold Bergeron has long been popular in the state, and he has often talked about running for governor, but he has never run.  However, we have just learned that Bergeron has fulfilled the financial disclosure requirement for candidacy by submitting a detailed list of his current financial holdings to the election commission.  So, it is very likely that Bergeron will be a candidate for governor this year.

                                     

The answer to which of the following questions would be most useful in evaluating the journalist’s argument?

 

1. Has anybody else who has fulfilled the financial disclosure requirement for the upcoming election reported greater financial holdings than Bergeron?
2. Is submitting a list of holdings the only way to fulfill the election commission’s financial disclosure requirements?
3. Did the information recently obtained by the journalists come directly from the election commission?
4. Have Bergeron’s financial holdings increased in value in recent years?
5. Had Bergeron also fulfilled the financial disclosure requirements for candidacy before any previous gubernatorial elections?

我做这道题的时候，看了两遍都没选出答案。觉得似乎没有正确的答案。后来看了正确的答案应该是E.

我的疑问是：在做逻辑题判断有关无关的时候，以前出现的事情都是无关的选项。可是在这道题里E说的就是以前的情况，为什么又可以作为正确答案了呢？

希望你能帮忙讲讲这道题。谢谢！：）

谢谢monprince，我以前也看过好几遍那篇mumu的逻辑简图，做题时还是不太会画逻辑简图。自己画的很粗糙，就比如说第一段提出观点，什么什么观点，然后再简单地总结下第二，三，四段分别举例论证，我感觉这样不行啊！所以还想参考一下XYJJ的那篇！还想请你帮个忙，或者哪位是否知道OG的SC有没有分类题啊，我找不到哪有！我想在强化一下SC。CR第2遍我都是自己分类总结做的，感觉还是有效果，现在就想找OG-SC的分类题再强化训练一下，可我找不到！谁要是有的话，直接给我发过来最好啦，非常感谢！我的e-mail:rolar-25(A) hotmail.com。对了，monprince我给你发站内短信过，就是发不出去，给其他CDer也一样发不出去，是不是管理员封了我的权限啊！都好几次了，版主能不能帮个忙，帮我看看咋回事啊？

好象目前没有SC的分类整理.只有一题题的解释.我现在也想去自己分类总结SC,总觉得工程太大了.不过还是要自己分类总结.发不出去可能是你发的东西太多了.超过了限制.阅读我觉得还是要漫漫来分析.关键我觉得除了关键次红要，还有一定俄读每一句话德在文章作用，和脉络。这个可以参见阅读区的大牛的一些建议。我现在也在慢慢体会。继续加油就是

我来试着解释一下，LAWY哥哥现在也比较忙。不过他有时间一定会来校小教室的解释的。这道题你觉得每一搁选项无关是因为可能题目没有读懂。e选项很完美而且和相关呀。论点认为Bergeron会成为今年的candidate for governor ，那么就要直接找出推出这结论的前提，论断认为是他has fulfilled the financial disclosure requirement是原因 ，那么在今年前他是否也这样呢？注意这里是今年和以往的比较，以往没有可能是candidate for governor ，而今年has fulfilled the financial disclosure requirement，就可能是了。那么就要扎住他们的本质区别。fulfilled the financial disclosure requirement就是关键。如果答案是 肯定的，那么结论就削弱了，以往也这样了，也没成为candidate for governor ，怎么今年这样就可以了？有如果是否定的，即加强了。底下有颜色的为明显无关，你看看你排除也可以选择E，并不是说去年无关，这里要抓住推理莲，稳中提到了他以前的情况了呀。很多题目是跟事件有关的，特别是比较的类型。假设认为今年与去年条件是一样的。我们应该对这些条件敏感。

我不知道我的理解对不对，LAYER哥哥也可以指导

To rolar:目前我的SC还是很菜，做大全正确率还是没有明显的提升。但第二遍OG总结我试着把每道题的考点都写在每一题的上面，现在再看的话感觉每道题的考点就很清晰了，感觉每道题都有多个考点，分类也不知道该怎么分。不过下一遍总结我会把涉及到同样考点的题再集中看一遍吧。

恩，谢谢shirley8707，monprince！我也具体不知道SC怎么分类，看OGSC题呢基本上也能较快找出考点，可能是因为弄了3遍稍微熟悉了点吧！可真要分起类来工程量的确很大啊！倒是OGCR好分类，我自己边分边总结！现在我准备SC快速再过第4遍，一天40题吧，看考点，看以前的总结，重点研究以前错过几遍的题。完了就准备先做prep-sc了，不知可行否？还得花力气搞CR，再看OG，也是按上次横向分类的看。目前重点的重点还得搞RC啊！要找到感觉，我才刚启动，时间紧！最近感觉效率很低，脑力不够，白天头晕的很，晚上复习时间多，可脑袋是懵的，郁闷中！不知大家晚上休息多久？我中午还要休息可一般也睡不着！大家加油！
