以下是引用Lullaby在2008-3-14 22:11:00的发言:These two claims are not accuate enough. 1. So far as I know from the partner responsible for Great China recruiting, 40 offers include both associate and consultant position (about half-half split). For consultant offers, they are not all extended to B-school students. In recent years, BCG also put a lot efforts recruiting consultants from top PHD programme in US and UK, e.g. Stanford, Oxford. That being said, the number of offers for B-school students are much less than 40 / year. 2. Though BCG does not often recruit students from B-schools other than so-called "top 10", I do see some unusual cases. For current BCG employees working in Greater China region, there is at least one (or maybe two) from CEIBS. Also some random cases for other "smaller" B-schools in US and Europe. I believe these people have their unique strength to contribute to the firm. glad to hear from you 1. I got ""30 offers for beijing+shanghai"" from Joanna (you know she is responsible for sending the actual offers). so if consider Hong Kong, my wild guess was roughly 40. and i'm talking about offers, not placement 2, i meant last year, no one from chinese b-schools. Actually there have been 2 alumni from CEIBS so far, said Joanna. Have you started worked in there yet? BCG is coming this Monday and i'll be hosting it I'm struggling with the cover letters....................
