我觉得D有2个问题吧。

1. 没有必要用被动的时候，最好不要用被动。这里，明显用people来做主动句形式要好得多。

2. the rate of fatty foods xxx和后面的 the death rate xxx，都不是一个主体的，怎么能在一个句子里面？OG是不是管这个错误叫run-on sentence?

第一题明白了。

第二题我是这么做的。

一般as 后面会跟动词形式的句子，所以我首先不看好C 里面的just like。B里面的similarly to是错误用法。D里面human beings 后面直接跟了个非谓语形式，所以不能平衡。剩下A和E了。这时候看到底比较的是什么东西。其实是比较一中动作，要用动词形式，A里面的the way xxx不能和前面分句里整个水果的氧气交换过程平衡。因为前面都是动作形式。

E里面的do 代表了前面分句所有形容过的动作。后面完整接了一个时间壮语从句。所以E是对的。

不知道说明白没有。我总算把刚才我错的都看明白了。很具有迷惑性哦。

D把句子原来的意思和结构都改了。Madagascar成了主语，后面接了个插入语，underwent 成了句子的谓语，making it xxxx成了状语。和原来意思都不符合了。E里面是一个因果关系的从句，明确表达了原句的意思。
