1. 所人都告诉我你在考试前的NAD，你作出的承诺，真是莫名，ETS强行捆绑出售的条例根本就是违背基本的考试法则的，试问各位“道貌岸然”仁兄，在学校内考试时，哪张试卷上写着“以下资料，仅限内部交流，不得向外泄漏”的荒唐字眼？

没有，我想美国的中小学，有吗？大学的考试有嘛？上学院的考试有嘛？

学生付学费给学校，成为学校的一名正式的学生，如果说这样的学校内部的考试都没有进行类似的限制，为什么面向全世界的考生ETS的考试，会有如此的命令性的语言呢？

对于考试来说本身就是特殊的：考试前一切都是机密，考试后一切都不再是秘密了。

为什么还非要全世界的考生么，包括说自己是“完全遵守诺言的”的你们，来保守这个“全世界都知道的秘密”呢？

所以NAD本身的就是OUT OF DATE的理念，可以用荒唐来形容。既然从小学到大学的所有考试都采取“试题公开后机密立即废止”的制度，为何ETS（这个也许是全世界第二大考试机构，最大的大概是中国教育部考试司了）一个面向全球的考试机构，还得让考生来abide这样的荒唐内容呢？

2.ETS使用相同的题目反复考查学生前，本身就应估计到全世界范围内所有参加考试人员可以在极短的时间内迅速熟悉所有题目。就向“根号2和1.414哪个大”类似的题目居然考了N年，10年之后，突然发现，哎呀，怎么全世界的学生这道题都做对啦？肯定是有人CHEEATING 了，有人看机经了，谁啊，中国学生。。。。。。对于这样的逻辑，你我只能付之一笑～～～

3.有人说我“既想当婊子，又想立牌坊"也许是他们弄错了，中国学生都是用功苦念出来的。中国学生并不期望在考试中出现任何他们似曾相识的题目，问题在于ETS，它重复的使用几乎完全相同的题目，进行他们的标准化考试，直至最后成了全世界皆知的秘密，然后对全世界说，你们都是cheator，简直一派胡言，借用春晚的一句话，“相当的”ridiculous

4.“既想当婊子，又想立牌坊"用在ETS的身上倒是合适，ETS在考试前收了钱，又不想让人知道内容和过程是什么，维护自己的所谓的秘密，甚至不惜在后来，告诉全世界，那些来参加ETS考试的人，在付了钱，做完考试题目后，由于互相交流这些将用于下次考试的试题内容，而将被扣上cheator的帽子，“ETS既当了收钱的婊子，又给自己立了牌坊，同事还给参加自己考试的人扣了个帽子cheator”

综上所述：

1.面对一个不符合基本常识的、被强行附之以试题上的、均不为所有其他考试所采用的所谓的条例，

2.面对由于ETS极其不愿改变自己错误行为和考试的漏洞相反给全世界月底参加考试的考生扣上cheator帽子的行径

3.面对那些现在还在不断维护自己在不公平的环境下所遵守的荒唐的NAD条例的不惜以人生攻击已达到维护其自身那么点所谓的被ETS强行附加的不公正的“道德规范"的人们

To answer your first question, I can tell you that the rule of examination is printed on the test booklet (at least at my school) and every student needs to sign it. You sign it and you are bound by it, plain and simple.

Secondly, you can personally claim such rule is "out of dated"; however when it is the rule and you are bound by it, you are supposed to obey it. If you break it, at least you should admit such a fact. China has revised its income tax code recently and the threshold has rised from 800 RMB to 1600 RMB. Several years before, people started to complain such a tax code was out of dated. Yet, before the code was changed, you, as a citizen, still needed to report taxable income above 800 RMB.

I don't know that truth anymore maybe.You sure in the federal law  of US the hole examination all should be annex  the  rule just like what  your school had done?

2. ETS faces the whole world student they should use the international principle not which is valid in US or maybe just in your school
