   本帖专门为Issue涉及到的话题做准备，每天我会按题库顺序粘贴题目，给出我自己找的例子，大家觉得有什么比较好的例子素材可以为之所用，请跟帖，日积月累，相信到一定时候，会是一个很大素材库的。

这个帖子也许短期内效益不大，但我觉得一个月之后，必定会有很好的效果，所以无论你现在即将考试还是距离考试有几个月很长时间，都请在这里记录下吧！众人拾柴火焰高嘛，大家加油！

1.林肯总统是反对奴隶制的，但在竞选总统后并没有迅速的采取措施废除奴隶制度，因为当时美国国内对这个重大举措的意见是不成熟的，作为政客，此时贸然采取措施，很可能丧失下次的总统职位，因而无法实现自己的政治愿望。而到后来内战爆发，为适应需要，林肯才采取措施废除了南方州的奴隶制度
