作文素材积累专帖（今日话题：Issue 48）

政府资助对于有些不太大众的艺术是很有必要的，这有利于保存艺术的多样性，受众小的艺术不代表其艺术价值低。艺术的完整性在于艺术家们的坚守和不断创新，政府资助不应当设置关于艺术创作本身的前提条件，并且对资助的艺术对象的选取，也应当有第三方来做评断而非政府本身。
