作文素材积累专帖（今日话题：Issue 39）

     本帖专门为Issue涉及到的话题做准备，每天我会按题库顺序粘贴题目，给出我自己找的例子，大家觉得有什么比较好的例子素材可以为之所用，请跟帖，日积月累，相信到一定时候，会是一个很大素材库的。

1.兴趣在择业的时候的确很重要，兴趣能激发出学习的动力和潜能，从而让学生能持久地坚持学好。
2.兴趣跟就业在现实中的确会经常不一致，很多毕业生找的工作都不是自己真正感兴趣的。一方面是因为学校课程与工作要求有差别，另一方面学生自身能力不足，社会无法提供足够的职位。
3.兴趣和就业是可以达到一致的，学校一方面课程设置与教学与就业要求衔接起来，另一方面学生也应当多多了解社会上本专业的真正需求，从而让学生的兴趣和社会需求结合起来。
