the application season for fall 2011 is approaching and, as a matter of fact, right on track.
to all current OB/Leadership doctoral students, it is my intent and sincere expectation that all of you smuggling around years after years @ CD step out helping the 2011 applicants. i hereby call for your extra-role behaviors that would mean sth to the followers. and it will be appreciated if you would like to join in and push the agenda forward. the war of business applications is getting ridiculously competitive. as current doctoral students, we may not see eye to eye on some issues. but this would not and should not compromise our obligation to answer the call of response from the applicants. rather, it is great to address our perspectives from diverse standings. i hope every single one of us could take some time thinking about what we can do to make it different in terms of helping others.
to the 2011 OB/Leadership applicants, pls read through this post before firing out your concerns/questions. and pls proceed your applications with sincerity and integrity. it has never been an easy procedure, yet please be advised that you could make it easier by proceeding with schedules well set up and communications handled gracefully.
hopefully our OB/Leadership pool would grow significantly larger in the following 5-10 yrs. let's make it. we can make it!
哎哟，看完斑竹的帖我直接就来了。 顶一下Kevin同学。想请您介绍一下申请OB的经验——比如申请时候的水平，是否已经是ob master，有paper在手？申了些什么学校？--if you feel uncomfortable, can reply me individually... 还有，如果本科不是ob的(我学的fin)，只做过ob research--RA而已，会不会申请不太有优势？ 最后一个问题是——您认为ob phd最大的挑战是什么？
