这个题C有很大的迷惑性，其实我觉得主题句里确实提到了innovation和pattent的关系，但是后面yet一句中指出这两者并没有并然的联系。后文就没有在提及innovation的事情了，只是说pattent approach造成的unanticipated situation and possible explanations.所以综合看来A最好

如果是PREP的答案是C的话，那么就应该是C
