我觉得题干中的结论是Thus a sufficient market for the train will not exist. 注意这个thus往往是conclusion的标志。

既然是在考虑这个train到底应不应该存在的问题，而题干中又主要是用aircraft来比较，因此不存在只提飞机太片面的问题。

我觉得是否定前提了，前提中认为飞机便宜且,能够fly anywhere, have no fixed routes，是free-wheel system. C否定了这一点，认为，飞机只能在机场之间飞，不是free-wheel system。

A 是无关选项。全文都在提free-wheel system,而A提到了guide,无关。
