2,from the 1949 to 1978, the hk economy realise fatanstic fruits. three fators contribute.first, the small and middle size firms help the employment and export, different from other asia countries.second, the no regulation policy help the economy grow freely, the money flow in. third, the government build apartmetns and school for the new arrivers.
3,after 1978, the trade between mainland and HK increase a lot. huge investment from hk settled in guangdong.
4.after asia crisis, the hk economy tied strighter with the that of  mainland, despite it survived, the disadvantages come later just.

Speaker: Recently, Hong Kong confiscated 28 tons of elephant tusks and Hong Kong want to destroy the ivory in couple of years. Mainland Chinese people are curious about why they can’t buy the ivory. Chinese is the biggest black market to trade ivory in the world and this fact shames Hong Kong people. Many wealthy people buy the ivory for investment. If Hong Kong destroys the elephant tusks, the demand of ivory in China will increase, and Hong Kong’s action won’t change the Ivory trade condition, because the higher the price, the more those people can show off their wealthy.
