Speaker【今天的TED不错】
People will be influenced by nonverbals.
Women feel less power than Men.
Our minds change our bodies, and it is true that our bodied change our mind. And nonvrbals do change how people think of themselves.
Fake it untill you become it. Just work ,work, and work, then you can success.
TIME2 2'14
SK got sick when he was 30 years old, and the doctor did not know what happened on him. Then SK strated to learn flow, nd he found himself become really sub-optimal.
Time3 2'52
What is flow?-you feel you lose yourself and everything goes away when work.
Why people flow and have behaviors like these?
Time4 2'22
If you can increase your flow to highetr precentage, then your working efficiency would double.
Some triggers:1. you want a very specific challenge-to-skills ratio.2. A rich enviroment;3.Risk.
And you can build your own environment with these triggers.
Time5 2'30
When we believe that time is fly when we are having fun, then our brain will think it is the extra time when we have an enjoyment time.
With the technology improve, people become impatient for anything that takes them more than senconds to achieve.
Time6 1'52
People will feel time passes slowly when they stay in a dangerous situation, because their bodies remind themselves to focus better to save their life, and they can remember more details in such a situation.
When people get older, they see time in different ways. Time passes much quickly in old people's eyes.

What makes things workin is called flow.
SK takes on the latest research on flow in sports.
But the concpet can also be used in business.
SK's experience makes him realize flow can maks normal person to higher level

2--02:32
The definition of flow is optimal state of consciousness where we feel and perform best.
Conditions describe flow are concentration, the loss of self, the dilation of time and ect.
Flow can be measured, such as the sense of time slowing down or speed up, the use of sel vanishing.
The optimal performance is use all of our brain function at the maximal level.
And doubts and disparagements disappeare when you are in flow
When you are in flow, you feel on is everything.

3--02:12
average person spend about 5% of time in flow.
If one increase to 20%, the productiveity will double.
15 flow triggers are covered in book.
Challenge is 4% greater than the skills is very effective trigger.
A fancy way, in which there are lots of novely, complexity and unpredictablility trigger flow.
Risk trigs flow.
Creative projects are commom flow triggers
Sports helps to trig flow.

4--02:03
Time flys no matter how, but our feels about time varies.
If we belive that time is meant to fly when we are having fun, we are more likely to think we are enjoying ourselves when time passes faster.
The experiment shows the listeners who enjoyed music estimate time longer.
And high-tech makes us see time more frequently, making us aware the losin of time.
People are less patient now.

5--01:29
When people is in the danger or life-threaten issue, they will remember more detail of the information, making them feel time move slower.
When people get old, the feeling about new is fade, making them feel time flies faster. Experimate proved this theory.

Obstacle--07:04
Complicated..........
The situation of internet and moble connection in France may change in a gloew-off battle for second biggest telecoms operate in country.
The new competitor wit super-low prices changed the market share.
In France, consolidation seems more important than raw price competition.

Part II: Speed
[Time 2] 3’10
The feeling of being oneself in the zone is so-called flow.
A swath of experiments and researches have been done on flow. One of these scientists is S.K., who regards the flow as a means of raising employees ‘productivity in the business world.
Why study flow? S.K. said that the flow, which boosts the immune system and resets the nervous system, made him healthier and more functional.
[Time 3] 4’20
The flow is kind of state that someone is in his best perform and feeling. You can dictate it in 10 conditions.
How can we measure the flow? We can measure the P.C to figure out the flow. And thus we find that when we are in flow, many parts of our brain are turning off.
[Time 4] 3’50
If more flow occurs in our work time, then our productivity can be doubled.
There are several triggers: 1.challenge to skill; 2. Rich environment; 3.risk.
It is not easy for managers to raise the flow among the employees.
But how can we raise the flow? Doing the creative projects.
[Time 5] 3’47
Time changes with the tech (and sth else).
Time does not fly, the phenomenon that J.K had done an experiment to illustrate. He found out people takes the time longer for 2 reasons: 1.more attention; 2. Self-fulfilling.
We tricked by Tech, since we present-people are more obsessed with the “present time”. Thus, we become more and more impatient.
[Time 6] 2’50
Slow movement in the show does exist in the real life. When people are in danger, they do see the movement slow. Because people become far more concentrated on the real life when they are still alive.
And why the time speeds up with the age? Maybe the experience is becoming pale…
[Rest] 4’11
20 minutes of afternoon makes us less tired and less tired makes time pass more slowly.
When we are waiting, time seems like standing still. This is because our eyes move quicker than the movement of the clock hands.
If we are getting more emotional, time looks as if it goes slowly.

In this TED talk, Amy Cuddy talked about the body language shapes who you are, that is FAKE IT TILL MAKE IT.
She take examples to claims that our nonverbals govern how we think and feel about ourselves, and our bodies change our mind. She also showed the scientific statistics that people with high-power poses and low-power poses behave differently when conditions change, and her own experience when she was in Harvard  University to achieve a success , to prove that it is scientific that powerful poses change people's life.

[Speed]
Time2: 1'35''
A concept called "FLOW" explains why that sensation when you're working out or cranking on a project, and time starts to pass quickly, distractions melt away.
Steven Kotler take his personal experience to tell about the science behind the 'flow", that FLOW brought him back to health.

Time3: 2'11''
To define the FLOW, it should be know that flow is an optimal state of consciousness where we feel our best and perform our best, with 10 psychology conditions.
And since Flow is clinically measurable and physical process, it claims that in deep flow states, energy goes elsewhere and the right parietal lobe shuts down.

Time4: 2'24''
There are 15 flow triggers that are covered in The Rise of Superman. One is a challenge that 4% greater than the skills you show, another can be a rich environment, and  emotional ,social, intellectual or creative risk.
Creative side projects are really important because they're very common flow triggers, and you can bild your environment around to create flow triggers.

Time5: 1'38''
Since when we’re enjoying ourselves, we paying more attention to the event and our minds perceive that as extra time, and the adage  lending itself to a self-fulfilling prophecy, then we will feel time fly.
According to researches,  technology, too, is capable of altering our perception of time.

Time6: 1'12''
researchers found that the test subjects recalled the experience as longer that it actually was, largely due to the way our bodies respond to danger.that's why everything seems to pass in slow motion in dangerous situations.
According to some researches, time really does speed up with age.

Time7: 1'33''
A quick, 20-minute power nap can revitalize us just enough to carry on with the rest of the day because after 20 minutes of napping, we enter something called slow-wave sleep.
according to the research, when our gaze fixes suddenly on the second hand of a clock, our perception of time stretches slightly backwards to compensate for that movement.
Individuals experiencing negative emotions concentrate more on the passing of time than those who are in a good mood, which makes a particularly anxiety-filled moment seem longer.

[OBSTACLE]
French telecoms war gloves off because of the consolidation.
Although consolidation in the sector has much to recommend it, there are still some big problems:
The first is whether either new entity would have the financial freedom to live up to the investment pledges.
A second question is whether the cost savings both bidders have identified can possibly be achieved without significant lay-offs.
A third barrier is the French competition authorities.
The final barrier is rooted in the incestuous world of France’s big family-run businesses.

2. 1:50
the author introduced a conception of flow. It is a feeling when you are working out or cranking on a project and time starts to pass auickly, distractions melt away.
then an example goes on. It talks about a person who has suffered from a kind of sickness similar to the flow.
Then the patient realizes that his illness is resulted from too much concerntration of his nerve system.
3. 2:23
It deals with the conception of flow and the situation when flow comes. When you think someone is in the flow, then you are in the macro-flow.
While you are addicated to much works, it is flow.
What's more, flow is a clinically measurable, physical process. We can measure the extent of flow by the brain activities.
4. 2:20
If we increase our rate of flow, we can double our efficiency. While if someone wants to be a executive, he would be flow both on work and off work.
However, such environment has an just and also could be dangerous, all we can do is make you more accident-prone, a accident is happy when happens.
5. 1:48
Currently many prople are complain about the time flying. However, time is not acutally fly as we previously thought.
Time will pass faster when people are enjoying doing it. They are so addicating that they forget the time.
What's more, technology trick us. After the invention of technology, which can check time, we become more frequent to check time, knowing more about the time passing by. So it results in the impatient that we are doing one thing.
6. 1:46
There are other factors can affect the time going. When we face endanger, the time seems to become slower when we think more quickly, while recalling many details.
However, as we get older, time passes faster. When we are adult, environment thing seems interesting, which is opposite when we get older. And a reserch is done to indentify this claim.
rest:2:16
It is important to snap for 20 minutes when we get tired. If we stay awake when the brain wants to sleep, it makes no efficiency. If we sleep more than 20 minutes, time is flying away.
What'more, emotion can affect the time length we thought. When we in the situation of anxiety or angry, the time seems longer than the time when we are happy.

obstacles:
In the past, the communication in the telephone and surfing the internet in french are very unconvenient.
Then, a wars began in telecoms refines the situation, making the compete more severe.
However, it is not enough just focus on the quanitity, a situation that frech's telecoms quality is worser than several other countries. The president then orders to concerntrate on the quality provided. As a result, people are more buying the higher quality products despite the price.
SFR offers the best servies in france. At the same time, two companies consolidate and make a great profit while causing several problems.

这一段TED听得好感动!

speaker: Amy shares her research results on the relationship between our body and our minds. Although nearly everyone knows that our feelings have impact on our actions and poses, Amy points out that people's nonverbal languages can also govern their minds. She uses several researches which she and her colleagues did in lab  to support this opinion. They found out that even a two minutes positive pose can change people's feeling significantly.  Moreover, she discusses about whether the same result can be produced in real life situations. And the answer is positive. She told the audience her own experience after a bad car accident and how she recovered from it. At the end her presentation, Amy calls for all of us to deliver this finding to people who have less ways to learn this technical. Because she believes that this little action can change people from inside and benefit them in the long run.

Great!Thx for sharing.

Speaker: The episode has been posed month earlier.
Time 1: 2'00'' Flow--a state you're totally concentrate, time passes quickly and you feel in the zone. The author begin to study the flow after he recovered to health by surfing and flow state.
Time 2: 2'15'' Flow can be categorized into micro-flow and macro-flow. Micro-flow means that we constrate for several hours;macro-flow means we're able to concentrate for a large chunk of time. Beside, flow can be measured in your brain. When you make an effort and forget about your self, this state can be measured as flow. That process is similar as surfer's surfing when they claim themselves as part of the wave.
Time 3:2'14'' Flow is good in business world because it can enhace productivity. Rich environment and risks can be the trigger of flow. Reaching for flow can only be realized through practice.  Some activities would be a creative way in make flow.
子曰:未得,则发愤忘食,得知,则乐以忘忧。这真是圣贤的境界。
Time 4: 2'27'' With the swath of tech, seven ways have changed our perception of time. 1. We are actually enjoying ourselves when time passed by--this is not flying; 2. Technology has changed our way of observing time.
Time 5: 2'18'' In life-threatening moment, time seems to pass slowly. Time does not speed up with age because how people viewed life at his/her 60s changes from that in his/her 50s.

Because of the bad service of telecom in France, big telecom companies such as B and N decided to consolidate in order to overcome the decline in sales and gross profits.
Customers are willing to pay more for better service.
Consolidation is not only good for these two companies but also beneficial to Orange and Free. But there are still 5 barriers underlie the merge.
