这道题大家不适应的是： 我们的定势思维都认为法官是不会有性别歧视的，所以看题别扭，干扰了我们的判断

文中虽然说有60％的CASES，法官的判决都对女性有利。得出的结论是法官没有歧视女性。



但是D给出的事实是：女性其实应该赢取超过60％的CASES。



这就说明法官还是有歧视，也就weaken了文中的结论。（否则女性应该赢不止60％的cases）
