你可能是体制内的，不了解行情。即使体制内，西南财经大学给美国特聘教授phil dybvig的月薪是4万美元，共三个月。

4703, starting salaries for APs is about 200k + 2/9 these days. So your numbers are completely off.

Full professors get at least 300K + 2/9 if they are research active. For full chaired professors, with the caveats I mentioned above, 400-450k + 2/9 is not unheard off.

The full guys get ridiculous money. A few of them are 400k+ here with the top guy being paid a good chunk more than the University president.

杨瑞辉，李海涛，孙宝红，回国前分别是德大奥斯汀，密歇根安阿伯，卡内基梅隆的讲席教授。欧阳辉也曾得到港科大的讲席教授。这些人加入长江给MBA授课不是坏事吧？

不要见到长江就说不，就事论事不行吗？
