回忆大意很难，意思大概弄懂以后还是会不记得内容。。。

The gist of the passage is the barriers and hindrances against the bounce in banking industry's revenues.
In the passage, the author delineates several factors graphically. For example, unlike other industries, banking feels great more pressure in better services and less cost. In addition, some regulations enacted by the government are also in the way of the banking's progression.
Finally, in conclusion, the author also foreshadows the bright picture of the banking industry in the not-so-distant future, depsite not reaching to the former peak.
