1'43  we always make us wake up by coffee things, but our body do need enough sleep
        sleep affect us in a natural way that can not figure out clearly
        sleep is a natural thing and not only the length but also the quanlity of sleep is really imporatant
2'09 the 4 ways to improve your quanlity of sleep ( do not execise or overeat less 3 hours befor sleep , have a fixed   
       sleep   time ,better befor 10pm;sleep in the dark room)

think about tomorrow's plaln befor your sleep, write down your worries , don't let it disturb you when sleeping

1,sleep time seem to decrease with our ages
2,sleep disorder will stress your depriavtion
3,if you sleep less, the lack of the time will added in turn, and those with less sleep porferm less well than with good night.
sleep time is individual, on the whole, the time derease with ages.

1)Everyone should sleep well, it is our right and it is good to us.
2)There are 8 steps to help you sleep.
1.don’t exercise much 2. Don’t Overeat 3.fix bedtime 4.sleep in dark
3)sleep in cold room 6. Listen to something before sleep 7.turn your room into retreat 8. Finish your day in business
4)Got an experiment result, guess what should be the reason. The gravity is not the reason. The extra moonlight people see before the experiment probably contribute to the effect.but they are lots of other research coming in.
5)Analyze and suggest the way that people can get more sleep.-the reason of short sleep probably because of the sleep pill can’t work. Change the habit can benefit to the sleep.
6.) What cause insomnia? it raised a question and then have statistics back it up . 相关因果。Not insomnia cause depression but depression cause insomnia. So sleep too much cause insomnia. Not everybody need 8 hours sleep. So insomnia people turned to nap more and feel like you can’t sleep well.this kind of people tend to think more before they go to sleep.

Having a enough amount of time to sleep ,generally speaking, 8 hours sleeping time , is very important.
