I checked housing options. Would you please let me know what kind of room or apartment the "studio" is?

Is it like a hotel room with a small bathroom?

Do you know whether all the rooms have internet connections ?

yes, studio is smilir to the hotel room with closet and bathroom, in most cases, apartment is empty and you need to buy stuff by yourself.

in most cases, there is NO internet service but you can subscribe for the internet and wireless service for Verizon. generally, in a typcial rent, there is no telephone, no table, no internet, no fax... you need to draw from a blank paper.

BTW, don't be scared by Wharton's housing instruction which normally provides info of high-end apartments. when you come to philly, you will find very nice brownstones around the center city, a studio will probably cost $650-800/month, much lower than those fancy apartments. in addtion, www.craigslist.com is nice source to find an apartment.

Thanks for a chance like this. i have questions as follows:

1. is it possible for me to apply any major in Wharton if i don't have any working experience?

2. i'm a 3rd-year student in a not-so-famous university, i wonder if a famous university background matters in the application?

3. What factors helped you most in the success of application to Wharton?

4. is there any other major i can apply in UPenn (Wharton exluded),  which is accounting or  finance related and doesn't take working experience that important?by the way, my major is accounting under canadian settings.

Hello,there

As for the reapplication process, are the essays required to be consistent with the previous ones? OR, is it fine if they are different stories? Did the Admission people refer to the previous information and compare that with current application? According to the feedback from Wharton, my essays for the 2005 application were basically strong. In my case, should I rewrite it or just refine it?

you got to be consistent in your information provided to school. as to essay, just do it if you find a way to improve it.
