问的是哪个选项支持M实施该计划后无法提高其销售量。
E despite一个轻微的零售价格的下跌，M电话的产量去年下降了。
就是这个啦，M本来想要利用这个increase，利用这个趋势来增加销售，但是事实没M没有这个趋势，它的销售量去年下跌了。

两个点注意下
