Structure:a phenomen:the proportion of financial staff in NGO is higher than in corporations
          reason>NGOs are restricted in funds compared with multinational companies,so they shoulg do well in management effecient and integrate operation
                >invest areas are limited
                >>when NGOs went into global market,they meet the same question with companies,which find their management need to be changed.
                >>but one different thing is companies use thier own money to invest what they interest,while NGOs use investors money to invest programs that are limited in special area
          way to solve quesion above :managers in NGO should do invest that per dollar earned more,not the overhead cost
