多谢指点,受益匪浅!

还有一个问题想跟你讨论下。我现在在做速度和越障的时候都是首先记逻辑框架,然后尽可能多的记细节,并且我觉得如果记得住的话在回忆的时候尽量把所有细节都写出来。 但有的时候细节记不太清并且逻辑框架也不是很清楚,说白了可能就是文章没有读懂。这个时候我会回去再次读一下。因为我想不能每天就是打卡然后记时间呢。我想问的如果你在越障或速度的时候遇见看不太懂的文章会怎么办呢?
