1) Background introduction: Globally the NGOs are spending much time and spirit on monitoring their financial numbers and report to their donors.
2) More detailed information sharing about the situation in some NGOs.
-- For global NGOs, it's hard to keep watching their financial details.
-- Many NGOs are lack of good management, leadership, program evaluation.
-- Adoubting public sometimes make donation less than what NGOs expected.
3) Normally the NGOs are asked by wrong questions because of public doesn't understand how they run the organizations.

Most NGOS struggle to master globalized operarions due to restrictions placed on them by funders. NGOS face the same issues, which happened in several decades ago.
NGOs rely on the funders. Multinationals are rely on their own masters.
Many NGOs need to grow their management capabilities and systems in order to manage their operations.
Also, NGOs need to invest in core administrative and technical capabilities  to manage global scale. Funders need to change their attitudes and actions.
The right way to judge NGOs is to question every dollar's impact.
