呃,今天第一天开始入队做训练,感触很多啊。楼上各位速度和理解也太强了吧,看得我都不好意思贴自己的了。。Anyway, 好久没有限时看文章了,各种生疏,速度那5篇还好吧,不过读的还很慢,要加油。越障那篇,花了些时间读,但也没读的很懂,读完后背着文章写了下frame。In one word, 加油!~如果坚持下来,应该会在理解和速度上长进不少吧。好了,不废话了,贴下时间和总结。

Then, he compares multinationals and NGO asserting that NGO focuses on funding support and operations. The using of comparison seems to strengthen
the author's support for NGO.

1. Google want to spread its glass, which related to advertising, absuing and the like.
2.4 problems needed to be solved:
    1) previlage over rivals
    2) pinching rivals' content
    3) exclusive deal sin
    4) ads transferring difficulty

3.market test will begin, and unsurprisingly, there are detractors. But googles' antitrust battle will continue.

4.A phenomenon: you are "exculded" from groups you want to join. But there are ways to break this embarrassing cases.

5.AS an executive you could do:
   1)prepare a room for trust
   2)opening words: I would like to share and care about your feelings.
   3)Any endeavor taking advantage for cooperating and welcoming each other is appreciated.

本文主题: 非政府机构在“会计”上的投资比跨国公司还高
现象——尽管看起来不太像真的,但是与跨国公司相比,非政府机构的确在花更多的钱进行预算,计划,报表 etc。
原因——NGO需要计划如何运营庞大的管理系统。(这很像十几年前的跨国公司)
details: 1) NGO的管理过于分散和多头。
              2) NGO的高级管理人员错误地只关注收入增长,并认为适当的超支是收入增长的合理代价。
              3)没有有效的金融预算系统
解决办法:
               1)funders 要更加小心谨慎。
               2)只专注于核心的管理,项目的经费支付。
               3)禁止超支。

The benchmark reveals that NGOs are now suffering from an acute and daunting problem, the same setback faced by global corporations when they carried out their globalization.

Then the author analyzes that problem in a specific and definite fashion. Generally speaking, it’s the regulation and administration trouble when NGOs experience their own worldwide spread. In other words, infrastructures and employees are separated in several places owing to the globalization and it’s hard to incorporate them together by the current administrative methods. Unfortunately, unlike the corporations, which are able to invest large amount of money and resources in management, to some degree, NGOs is restricted and constrained by their funders.

Next, the author just describes and delineates those restriction and constraint in graphic details, but I forgot a lot. Concisely speaking, on the one hand, leaders of NGOs began to realize this trouble and indeed invest a lot money in inner administration, but they don’t spend much on IT. On the other hand, the funders acknowledge those investments concerning management and estimate them to be enough. However, that’s not far enough.

Finally, the author proposes his technique to tackle and address this trouble. The solution includes the measures for funders and leaders of NGOs.

TIME1: 01'14'' Google will issue its new product: google glasses. Google even issue the spec of the glasses. But this time google confirmed that they will not issue ads on the glasses. It is one of the important way for google to earn the money by ads. But now it will change the stragety. Its competator Almunia complain google. So google next job is how to conduct its business in european.
TIME2: 01'31'' Mr. Almunia has four concerns about google search. First, whether google will include its competitorin the serarching result. Second, whether google will asure personal's confidental informaiton. third, whether google will allow the hiding person to issue ads. Fourth, whether somebody can transfer the ads campaign to other places. Google states that they will do a good job on these four concerns
TIME3: 01'34'' Google still needs to do the market test. The settlement will not be reached until the test result comes out. Nobody can predicate the result. Maybe the result is satisfied and Mr.Almunia will sue google to the court. Google still has long way to go and it should be ready for fight against possible complaint. Its glass may incur the complaint from wearable computering industry.
TIME4: 01'19'' You come late for the meeting and you don't get channce to express yourself or participate the whole activity. Then for the whole day after the meeting you get depress and you are not creative. People may experience and the bleak effect may last for hours.  But a good manager should know how to solve this problem by himself and even he can help his team member solve the same problem. There are some crutical steps to solve this problem
TIME5: 01'31'' Use a round table to let your team member fell that everyone is equal. Second, list the agenda before the meeting. Ask your team members to put theri own opinion into the meeting topic. Third, learn to listen to your team members and be a good listener
