Responsibilities:

-         Initiateand drive innovation ideas in China region and global;

-         Realizereal business growth through realization of innovative ideas include but not limited to: new package, new channel, new brand, etc.

-         Redirect marketing and sales strategy in  innovative ways;

-         Lead innovative projects.

Requirements:

-         US/EU TopMBA strongly preferred;

-         4+ years marketing experiences in leading luxury & FMCG companies;

-         2+ years experiences in innovation field;

-         Strong communication and presentation skills;

-         Be ableto work under pressure;

-         Be ableto work with a global team.
