原文说那个电话服务不赚钱是因为农民付不起  
A 说农民能赚钱了  那原文的前提就没有了  所以电话服务是能赚钱的
B 选项里的fixed-line telephone service跟原文无关

是不是这样，原来农民付不起电话前，现在通过和外界联系，能付的起电话钱了，因此电话公司也就盈利了。

楼主，您对题目的理解是正确的。同时，A选项确实说了农民可以赚钱。而文章中的前提是，农民无力支付那些该公司为盈利而要收取的服务费。现在农民可以赚钱了，也就意味着农民可以支付服务费，这样该公司也就有利润了。

个人愚见啊，也不知您能否理解。

最近逻辑终于入了点门，其实发现如果没有读很明白也是能做对的
正确答案一定是即和前提联系，有和结论联系，这就是所谓的相关性吧。。。
有些容易错选的一般都是只和结论联系，或者是之和前提联系
就像这道题，我选的B就是之和结论联系了，而没和前提联系
大家有这种体会么？？？
