可是这种感觉上水平的提高是否由于对文章的熟悉程度上升而带来的呢?如果我们是第一次看到陌生的段落和单词又怎么去留意整体段落和关键词呢?
我对于阅读题一向是只做一遍的,保持对陌生题目的感觉,现在我还有300-400道的GRE阅读没有完成.完成以后我打算做LSAT,对题目的总结我打算回到 GMAT题目上来.


呵呵,可能有一点,不过我在作摸考是感觉比以前是好多了,起码比以前更能看清楚文章的脉络和中心,我觉得对解题还是很有好处的。不过gre我就作了一遍,开始也错的多,再到后来以后就好了,基本控制在4篇错2-5个。个人觉得gre后来的阅读没有gmat难,gre只是有的文章不好读,但题目普遍比gmat简单,只要读懂就做的出来,不象gmat的好多题很绕!

A coincide with B----> A lead to B
we gernerally weaken such arguments in two ways:
1. B lead to A
2. other facotrs, such as C(this factor is  always not mention in the passage), lead to C
by tell us that unmarried people have shorter life expectancies than married people, choice E indicates that another facor(unmarried) rather than divorce give rise to health problems...
So even unmarried is not mentioned in the passage, it is a good choice to weaken the argument....

evidence: the number of purchase from consumer receiving the catalog was greater than the number of purchases from consumers not receiving the catalog..
conclusion: catalog stimulate the purchase
the same type of question as 48..we use other factor to weaken the argument, as A does..

choice D is a support..

53. reason: by supressing the symtom of the illness, a medication will allow people to work, thereby infecting other people..
conclusion: the medication increase the number of illness case..

choice A, weaken the concusion directly...choice A tell us that the medication supress the coughing,  a sympton of influenza and a primary mechanism in the spread of this illness, to supress the thread of illness...So medication will not increase the number of illness case..

此题是一道LSAT真题。

“ 我在做题中,总结了几条可以排除的选项:XXX认为,some, XX年前,XX州如何?XX反对....
  这些都可以作为削弱中的排除项,albert,你觉得这种方法可行吗?”

我觉得逻辑是活的,关键还是掌握方法。。总结得太死很容易发生错误。。比如这道题目,都是讲观点的。。可是马上给你排除了。。关键是明白EVIDENCE和CONCLUSION之间的关系。。

when you deal with the weaken CR, you should be very clear what is the evidence(sometimes it is principle or reason, anyway, I would like to call it evidence), what the conclusion, how the evidence support the conclusion...if you have made clear about such question, you have grasped the focus of such arguments, then you can easily eliminate some choice out of scope.  I would suggest that you ask yourself such questions everytime you analize a question...I believe after such pratice, you will get used to analyze question in this way and solve problem effectively..after you get the answer, you should also know that what sort of weaken skill it is using...such as 他因?切断GAP?否定ASSUMPTION? ok..then 3 question before solving the problem, one question after solving the problem...you will be very clear then...

this is a common logic question in GMAT... A coincides with B does not necessarily prove that A give rise to B..the general weaken answer of such question will be: B lead to A or another factor, such as C , make B happen...
choice E tell us that it is B give rise to A

albert, E is a person's adult recollection of childhood are likely to emphasize those memories that reflect the person's adult experience.

In your reaspning , A refer to remember the pain while b refer to experience the pain, so A contributes to B.

But in E, your reasoning that B give rise to A does not make sense. It seems that E : remember reflect the adults' experence , thus weaking the assumption, that is a person's adult recollection reflects the childhood 's  memories.

Albert, could you please reconsider this question? And give a confirmed answer. Thank you very much.

Albert, I am sorry that I overlook the conclusion in T 46, that is the policy is unneccsary. But i regard the conclusion as being necessary.

Thank you for your analysis. T44, T48, T52 seem to be the same kind of weakening in Cr.

Albert, i have learned to discern the premise and conclusion in argument as well as the skills of weakening , but my obstable is to apply the the rule to specific cases. In the real test, i occasionally failed to realize how to weaken .

passage tell us that their memory in childhood(their parent's pain) lead to their pain in adluthood

E tell us that it is their adult experience(their pain in adult) recall their memory in childhood(their parent's pain)

it is a typical 颠倒因果 weaken...
