好句子啊，真心很蛊惑
句子结构：Although the investigation / that people who ... were more likely ... than people who ... / will need to ..., Ds and Ps should be reminded that doing is important.

各选项排除：首先，根据句意，尽管前者还需要改进，后者仍需引起警惕。
will need to be, needs to be皆可，排除CD （打错了） DE
it should remind的用法不妥，具体听helr分析，排除BC

神猴提醒我了，"it should remind"确实不妥，should表示moral obligation. However, the investigation itself cannot bear moral obligation. Only people or organization can.
The original meaning is that someone or some authority (whatever/whoever responsible) "should" (is morally obliged to) remind doctors and patients.

看了baby的详解，真心觉得SC集大成了呀~~

我就是这个意思，这里的重点在于patients should be reminded 而不是 the investigation should do what, investigation没有义务要做任何事不是吗？它不是这个逻辑链里的主角~ 深挖一层，就是baby说的moral obligation~

不过说起来投票功能也有可能导致从众心理，回帖投票的herd effect略小点，但不会每个人都回帖。

1). Not that the investigation should remind those doctors and patients to do sth as in contrast to the fact such investigation needs to be replicated, but that the doctors and patients should do so.
2）reminded that 优于remind of
3) when... 表示瞬间，而句子的意思不是说只是在那一刻需要
4）时态，感觉although引导的句子用将来时更合理些

can be replaced和will need to语义不一样， BC中的 it不对

首先排除e，第二个是从句错，整个句子不完整
然后cd改变了后半句的句意，也排除
b的话，如果it指代investigation，用should觉得不舒服
整体句意还是a符合

句意扭曲。原本意思應該是指醫生與病人都應該被提醒，而並非被提醒是很重要。It 沒有適當的指代。
C. needs to be replicated in larger trials, it should remind doctors and patients of weighing the importance on the pros and cons of starting on statins.
同(B)
D. can be replicated in larger trials, doctors and patients should be reminded and should weigh the importance on pros and cons of starting on statins.
句意還是扭曲。該句意被扭曲為醫生與病人都需要權衡這重要性的好處與壞處。
E. can be replicated in larger trials, when doctors and patients start to use statins, they should be reminded to weigh the importance of pros and cons.
前面沒有劃底限的部份為一個從屬子句，而後面子句必須為獨立子句。因為每個句子都需要有至少一個獨立子句才行。

选A项。
在不能完全理解题目意思的情况下，又需要做对题目，就需要用排除法。
B、C、D、E都有明显的错误，可立即排除，只有A项相比其他选项更好。

个人选择A
刚开始觉得答案在A和B之间，想选B，因为GMAT不是有主动优于被动的说法么？但是后来又觉得B选项中的两个it很是不妥，虽然在语法上觉得没有错误，第一个it指代investigation,第二个是强调句，但是两个放在一起还是觉得很拗口，后来看了别的G友们的回复，觉得investigation后边接should remind应该是错误的，因为should不应该是investigation发出的。
C排除因为强调错误，weighing the importance on觉得不正确
DE排除因为trial应该是需要被多做几次而不是能够被多做几次。
个人愚见，希望得到Helr老师的指教。
