looks like there is no courses for biotech areas provided in Chicago GSB. how should a biotech applicant address this in his application considering he wants to do general management/business strategy in this field?

Also since my working experiences just focused on pure scientific research (three years) in the lab, how can i demostrate my leadership/managerial role in my work? There is no one reporting to me except a summer intern although my position is a Ph.D. level.

Any input is highly appreciated!

I found that the eight questions about personal background in online application package are definitely as challenging as essays. Does that make significant difference? How you did  last year?  thank wwwzzz.
