6.21 修改One of your classmates needs help with some schoolwork. Which solutionwould you recommend your classmate should do: to ask you for help or to find aprofessional tutor for help?
Parents andteachers always say that we should feel happy when we find difficulties in ourschoolwork. Indeed, it is a positive phenomenon. Once we solve the problems. Nosame problems can we encounter in exam. However, the question is that whoshould we turn to, A friend or a tutor? Personally, I would liketo say that friend(gettinghelp from friends) is a bettersolution, which means I suggest my classmate to come to me for help.

To begin with, friends know each other well andthey understand which way to solve question is most suitable. Students spendmost of their day time with friends at school. Learning, talking and playingwith each other. No wonder there is a better understanding among studentsthemselves. If my
friends(前后主语不一致,用friend..而且我觉得这句话可以说成定语从句,简洁一些:if myfriend who is not good at calculation comes to me to ask for assistance ) come to me to ask for assistance I know exactlythat she is not good at calculation. So I will defiantly not use numbers andformulations to show her the solution. Instead, graphs and words is the best, which I know clearly is her favorite method to study and it willsurely give her a deeper recognition of the question. In this way, by the helping form a friends(friend), students can not only gain the answerof the problem, but also a more concise understanding is provided.

Another equally important view is that students do
no(not) have to feel inconvenient and nervous whentalking to a friend rather than a tutor. It is common in every school thatbefore going to the tutors' office to seek for help, students have to waituntil office hour or they should sent e-mail first to check whether the tutoris free. On the contrary, when my classmate want an answer from me, all they have(建议换成need)to do is walking to my desk and asking whenever they want. Compared withdiscussing with a tutor, needless to stress how convenient it is to turn to mefor help. Moreover, students often feel nervous to some extent when talking to the authorities-professional tutors. Even someoneis so nervous that they forget the significant question that should be aroused(arisen) at the end of the conversation. Whiletaking to a friend like me, the last thing they should feel is nervous. Besidesall kinds of question is welcome because it is also an approach of learning formyself. Furthermore, I will provide my sincere courage for my friend andsupport them. Accordingly, howcan this not to be a better way for students to solve questions.

Others may against my point by pointing that thereare
some(建议加个some)questions that I am not able to answer.I do not deny that my ability is limited. However, we can discuss and ask forother students' help. Themore students we turn to the higher the possibility for the question to besolved.

In conclusion, a tutor may be knowledgeable butthey do not know the most suitable way for certain students to understand thequestion. Besides, with the convenient and comfortable feeling when talking tofriends, no wonder it will be better.

。。themore。。。加油啦~

Both of the writer and lecturer discuss about the usage of the 'great houses', notable buildings belongs to settlements of Chaco Canyon. The author lists three possible theories. The professor, however, declares that none of them are convincing.

First, the lecturer insists that the outside of the house may resemble the 'apartment building' at Taos, but the inside casts doubts on the residential purpose theory. If people once live
d in here, there should be enough fireplaces for people's daily cooking. On the contrary, not many fireplaces are found. In the largest house, only fireplaces for 10 families are discovered, though there is plenty room for 100 families. Therefore, this directly disproves its counterpart in the reading material.

Moreover, the professor contends that the evidence cannot support the theory for storage. It may sound plausible at first. When excavation work goes further, no trace of maize and maize containers are able to be found. Why in a storage there is no maize spread on the ground
no containers as well? The professor doubted. Accordingly, this is another place where experiences the contradicted theory.

At last the speaker asserts that the ceremonial center theory is not well supported. He explains that stuff like sand, stone and construction tools that are not expected for a ceremony are found in
amoung the material excavated. The pots could be the trash of the construction material through away after the meal of people who constructed there(这个point我觉得应该分开来说好一点). Consequently, Pueblo Alto is not a good evidence and it is also disproved.

In conclusion, the professor clearly identifies the weaknesses in the passage and convincingly shows that all the competing theories aroused by the writer are incorrect

Both of the lecturer and the writer explore the issue about whether U.S. wood companies will apply certification wood. The author does not regard the situation in U.S as the same with other countries in the world. The professor, on the contrary insists that there are good reasons for U.S. company to seek for certification wood.

First, the speaker claims that U.S. customers do not treat all the advertisement the same. However, between advertisement claimed by the company and independent ecofriendly agency, consumers can make good distinction. In this way, consumers react favorably to the advertised product with their confidence in those agencies and its international reputation for trustworthy. Therefore, this directly disproves its counterpart in the reading material.

Moreover, the speaker declares that only when the price of one competing product is much higher or lower than others can the price alone become the care of consumers. When the difference is small as 5%,as the cases for certification wood, it is other factors that produce influence rather than the price. Furthermore, U.S. consumer value the product that protect environment, which will definitely leads them pay attention to the certification wood. Consequently, this is another place where experience the contradicted theory.

At last, the professor asserts that he most concern for U.S. wood companies is foreign competition but not foreign consumers. As the lecturer has explained, there is a high possibility for American consumers to get interested in the certification wood. If the U.S. companies is slow to capture consumers' pace, foreign companies will crowd into the market with certification wood that do not product by domesticate companies. Accordingly, the last point is rebutted.

In conclusion, the professor clearly identifies the weaknesses in the passage and convincingly shows that the central argument in the reading, U.S. companies will not peruse certification wood, is incorrect.

623101030NA Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People are now easier to become educated than in the past.

Have you ever read about how people are educated in the past? No electric, only a limited time can be devoted into study. No teaching facilities, the whole class can only explore the experiment in the text book. No high efficiency information, after long period struggle, students find they command the wrong information. Compared with people in modern days, no wonder it is easier to educate now.

To begin with, people can gain access to myriad of information efficiently and conveniently. By simply pushing a tiny button on the cellphone or the computer, the most up-to-date information related to every field all over the world will crowd in no matter where or when you are. With the assistance of those information, a better understanding about the the world, like another spaceship is send to the space by China, and improvement made in each discipline, such as scientists in the U.S. disprove the formulation aroused by Newton, can be achieved easily. All the information or knowledge facilitates people become easy educated. Moreover, thanks to the widespread information people do not have to worry about the lack of teacher resources, which can be compensated by the digesting of large amount of information by people themselves. Accordingly, people are easier to be educated now than the past indeed.

Another equally important point is that more advanced facilities are provided to schools and institutions even they are locate in the remote area. No things like chemistry major students can only learn experiments from reading text book will happen again. Sitting in the fully equipped lab, with one set of equipment for each student, they are enabled to see the outcome of the burning sphere directly in their eyes. Examining the color and analyzing the leftover becomes possible, all of which can lead to a better understanding of the subject and encourage the education of students. In institutions, with the assistance of developed facilities, suitable environment is created for experts to research on the scientific world, which may induce a better education system's birth and further promote the education of people. Benefit from the modern world, how can people not to be easy educate?

Others may against my point by insisting that people in the past are much more concentrate without the bothering of entertainment information, computer games and TV programs, which is positive for education. However, the absence of those significant information and facilities can influence the progress of education research, which is the acceleration in encouraging people’s education. Consequently, the saying cannot be convincingly explained.

In conclusion, people can get more help from diverse information and advance facilities, which will make them easier to educate than the past.

6月22日100619 NA If you need to discuss upsetting or controversial problems with others, you will use e-mail or text messaging, OR use the telephone or voice-messaging.

People encounter all kinds of problems in work and study. Sometimes there is such a dilemma that no words can be said by ourselves directly, or people merely do not want to communicate with anger, which can easily hurt others' feelings, or by voice the situation cannot be fully explained. Therefore, personally, I prefer to use e-mail or text messaging to discuss upsetting or controversial problems with others.

To begin with, when discussing on the telephone like face to face talking, not much time are accessible available for people to mediate and clarify clearly. People I admire most is debater. Clearly convey of the topic, fully develop of the truth and wonderful control of the intonation, all these elements are performed perfectly by the debaters in a limited amount of time. No wonder how difficult it is to manipulate. For me it seems impossible, when I am discussing, things always go to worse. Time is usually not enough for me in discussion, I have to consider about my main idea, vocabulary and all the related stuff, which is a rush. Therefore, I chose e- mail and text messaging to discuss about upsetting or controversial problems, by which I can write as long as I want to express myself precisely.

Another equally important point is that people do not talk plainly. Instead, there are intonations and feelings in our voice, which may indicate the talker's emotion and lead to the uncomfortable of the other, especially when discussing upsetting and controversial problems. Once I was arguing with my mother on the phone about whether I should live in the dorm at school, which was the last thing I want to do. I tried to defense myself so emotionally that I even cannot remember what did I say hurt my mother deeply. I am regret indeed. Until now, I still keep telling myself what if I did not talk on the phone? What if I sent a message? Maybe things are possible to change greatly. Consequently, I insist to discuss by e-mail or text messaging.

Some people may argue that text message is not efficient. People will miss important information if they ignore one tiny message. In this way telephone conversation is of significant needed. I do not deny the existence of some situation that text message do not help at all. However, if people want to reach the conclusion peacefully and clearly, text messaging and e-mail is the better choice.

In conclusion, by text messaging and e- mail people can avoid unnecessary conflict and the accuracy of sentences can be increased.

Both of the lecturer and speaker explore the issue about communal online encyclopedia. The writer believes that there are problems about it. The professor, on the contrary, insists that the reasons mentioned by the author is a small price to pay for what it does offer, and it is prejudice to ignore how far it has come.

First, the speaker declare that errors cannot be find completely disappeared from the encyclopedia either on or off line, which means for traditional encyclopedia it has never been closely accurate. The point is that, describes the professor, errors online are easy to be corrected. However, in traditional encyclopedia, printed book, errors may remain for decades. Therefore, this directly disproves its counterpart in the reading material.

Moreover, the speaker claims that editors for online encyclopedias have already realized the importance to protect the encyclopedia from hacking. Here are some strategies: put the crucial fact in read only format, which indicates that no changes can be made to these words and the reliability is ensured. Furthermore, there are special editor whose job is to monitor all the changes in the articles and eliminate the unbelievable changes. Accordingly, this is another point where experienced the contradicted theory.

At last, the speaker asserts that traditional encyclopedia is not able to reflect users' interests because of the limited space. It is editors who decide what is important and what is not, which is not a issue for online dictionary. On the contrary, there are academic articles and diversity topics online in the encyclopedia that reflects the readers' interests. Besides, the great diversity is one of its greatest advantages. Consequently, the last point is rebutted.

In conclusion, the professor clearly identifies the weaknesses in the passage and convincingly shows that the view hold by the writer is incorrect.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The most important investment for a company is to spend money to improve the work skills of its employees.

The real world is full of competition, for individuals or companies, it is the truth. In economic area, especially, everyone is struggle to make profit in order to survive and even to lead the trend of the certain field. Personally, I would like to say that the most important investment for a company is to spend money to increase the productivity of its employees.

To begin with, high productivity of employees is the insurance for the survival of a company. With employees' high productivity, high profits as the nature results twill not trouble the function of the company. Millions of output of toothbrushes for a daily life production company cannot be a bad news. Hundreds of amazing passages for a publication is the least thing that it ever wants to avoid. Thousands of pancakes baked by the baker is the most favorable situation for the owner. (这块排比用的相当完美有气势)Only with this prerequisite-high productivity of employees-can company obtain the ability to trade to bargain in the business world for the most profits. On the other hand, can you imagine what does it looks like if all employees of a famous international company just sit in their office and doing nothing? Virtually, this is a kind of silent chaos. Therefore, for the company to gain the most profits of their investment, the most important investment should be put into the increasing of employees' productivity.

Another equally important point is that high productivity is possible to develop a positive cycle of the function of the entire company. The cycle goes like this: high productivity leads to the jumping of the company's profits, which spare more found for the modifying of employees' working environment, for the perfecting of employees' insurance system and so as the rewarding principles for the contributors. Once employees receive their reasonable rewards, they have their motivation to work even harder, which apparently results in the soaring up of productivity. Merely by increasing the productivity of employees, a series of positive influence is generated by that. How can people say that the most significant investment of a company is not increasing its employees' productivity?
Some people may argue that only focus on the advancement of productivity is biased. Other things like improve(improving) the facilities, examine the system and develop the relation should own the same level of attention. Again, as I have point out before, these things can be regarded as part of the cycle. Only with the settlement of the first brick, are other things possible to happen.

To sum up, investment in improving the productivity of employees is the first step of myriad of things. Consequently, it is no wonder the most important investment for a company.

包子这篇写的相当完美,有气场,整篇也很有灵魂,充满感染力!保持,加油!
