Both of the lecturer and the writer explore the issue of approaching new projects by assembling a group of people in a team. The writer believes that there are advantages. The speaker, however, examines what are found actually based on the watching result from a company.

First, the speaker claims that some people get free ride in the team work, which means even people do not contribute enough are able to receive the same team recognition as people who work well and provide a lot. Because the project is measured by the team, job-well-done to a group is always as a whole. In this way, free ride is not single case. When ask about feelings of the real contributors, they feel exact the opposite of the reading. Therefore, this directly disproves its counterpart in the reading material.

Moreover, the professor contends that the project does not move as quickly as the author described. Two reasons are displayed by the speaker - it takes longer time to reach consensus in a team and the group has to meet more in order to discuss about how to process the project. Accordingly, this is another place where experiences contradicted theory.

Furthermore, there are always one or two influential people in the team, states the professor. When the influential people say that something does not work, the idea is dropped at once with no further discussion. Besides, about the creativity of the plan, the professor explains that when the influential people convince the team about the creativity of a plan and try to lead them, even some people warn the rest of the team that the plan might not work. Basically it is ignored by others. Once the plan failed, the blame is on every group member. Consequently, the last point is disputed.

In conclusion, the professor clearly identifies the weaknesses on the passage and convincingly shows the main idea of the reading, there are advantages of people working in a team to approach a project, is incorrect.

Both of the author and the lecturer discuss the appearance of organic tissues in the leg bone fossil of T. rex. The writer gives three possible identifications to support the opinion that organic tissues do exist. The speaker casts doubts on (casts doubt on 查了下有道词典和谷歌学者,感觉还是用doubt比较多)that statement and believes that they are skeptical.

First, the professor insists that the soft substance is not necessarily the residence remains of blood vessels. It could be something else, he states, when bacteria colonies hollows, empty area like bones, left by the dead tissues, they often leave behind traces of organic material. Therefore, the soft substances tested in the leg bone fossil might just be soft moisture residues of bacteria. And this directly disproves its counterpart in the reading material.

Moreover, the speaker contends that spheres origin from the red blood cells is not exact. Because reddish spheres were found in other animals' tissues around the same time, which contains within the primitive animals that do not have red blood cells. If there is no red blood cells, spheres cannot be examined either. A different origin might be a good explanation-they are just reddish mineral. Accordingly, this is another place where experiences contradicted theory.

At last, the lecturer asserts that no collagen can be found in the tissue older than 100 000 years old, which means the finding in a 70- million- year -old T. rex fossil contradicts with (及物动词)the idea about how long collagen can last. It does not come from T. rex, says the professor, it probably comes from a much more recent resources like human skin of a researcher who was handling the bone, which strengthens the opinion raised by the lecturer. Consequently, the last evidence is also rebutted.

In conclusion, the professor clearly identifies the weakness in the passage and convincingly shows that the arguments in the reading material are incorrect.

Both of the lecturer and the writer discuss about whether a painting of an elderly lady belongs to Rembrandt, who is a famous Dutch painter in the 17th century. However, the author and speaker hold the exact opposite idea in the discussion.

First, the speaker claims that the fur collar in the painting is not original, which is not a mistake made by the painter. X- Ray examines pieces of the pigment and finds the truth that it is added on the top of the original painting 100 years after the painting is made. Probably by someone who wants to increase the value of the painting by decorating it looks like a formal lady. Therefore, this directly disproves its counterpart in the reading.

Moreover, the professor contends that the supposed area of light and shadow can be explains by the fur collar. Once the collar is removed, the original color could be seen. The dress was painted by simple and light color, which reflects light that illuminates part of the lady's face. That is why the face is not partially shadow in the painting. Accordingly, in the original painting the light and shadow fits well. This is another place where experiences the contradicted theory.

At last, pieces of wood panel were added to the original painting when the collar was painted, declares the lecturer. The wood panel is enlarged at sides and on the top to make it grand and valuable, while, the original painting is finished on a single board as expected by Rembrandt. In fact, the wood of the elderly lady's panel is found to be of the same of kind of wood that used in another painting, self-portrait with a hat, of Rembrandt. Consequently, the last point is rebutted.

In conclusion, the professor clearly identifies the weaknesses in the passage and convincingly shows that the painting is indeed the work by Rembrandt.

Furthermore, there are always one or two influential people in the team, states the professor(这个不清楚是不是可以这样用额,as the professor states?). When the influential people say that something does not work, the idea is dropped at once with no further discussion. In conclusion, the professor clearly identifies the weaknesses onin?) the passage and convincingly shows the main idea of the reading, there are advantages of people working in a team to approach a project, is incorrect.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The most important investment for a company is to spend money to improve the work skills of its employees.

The real world is full of competition, for individuals or companies, it is the truth. In economic area, especially, everyone is struggle to make profit in order to survive and even to lead the trend of the certain field. Personally, I would like to say that the most important investment for a company is to spend money to increase the productivity of its employees.

To begin with, high productivity of employees is the insurance for the survival of a company. With employees' high productivity, high profits as the nature results twill not trouble the function of the company. Millions of output of toothbrush for a daily life production company cannot be a bad news. Hundreds of amazing passages for a publication is the least thing that it ever wants to avoid. Thousands of pancakes baked by the baker is the most favorable situation for the owner. Only with this prerequisite-high productivity of employees-can company obtain the ability to trade to bargain in the business world for the most profits. On the other hand, can you imagine what does it looks like if all employees of a famous international company just sit in their office and doing nothing? Virtually, this is a kind of silent chaos. Therefore, for the company to gain the most profits of their investment, the most important investment should be put into the increasing of employees' productivity.

Another equally important point is that high productivity is possible to develop a positive cycle of the function of the entire company. The cycle goes like this: high productivity leads to the jumping of the company's profits, which spare more found for the modifying of employees' working environment, for the perfecting of employees' insurance system and so as the rewarding principles for the contributors. Once employees receive their reasonable rewards, they have their motivation to work even harder, which apparently results in the soaring up of productivity. Merely by increasing the productivity of employees, a series of positive influence is generated by that. How can people say that the most significant investment of a company is not increasing its employees' productivity?
Some people may argue that only focus on the advancement of productivity is biased. Other things like improve the facilities, examine the system and develop the relation should own the same level of attention. Again, as I have point out before, these things can be regarded as part of the cycle. Only with the settlement of the first brick, are other things possible to happen.

To sum up, investment in improving the productivity of employees is the first step of myriad of things. Consequently, it is no wonder the most important investment for a company.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is better to relax by a movie or reading a book than doing physical exercise.

Looking at people around you, how many of them do not stay up in order to approach the project? How many of them do not rush to the bus station every morning? How many of them do not eat fast food as lunch for squeezing more time to studying or working. People are under gradually increasing pressure. RelaxRelaxingbecomes the most popular among people naturally. Personally, I would like to say that doing physical exercises is better for relaxation.

To begin with, doing physical exercise like playingbasketball and soccer is a kind of communication and a way of making new friends who may share the same interest with you. By several people playing basketball together outdoor, people need the spirit of team work. Not only players gain the opportunities to exercises in the open air, strengthening their bodies and relaxing their mind, but also they obtain the chance to communicate with other players in the same team, understanding new people and even realizing your boss outside work in their normal daily life. 这句句子好棒,not only  but also 还能这样用,每次后面你都加了状语补足语No boss will criticize their employees when playing hockey, with such kind of cooperation and assistance, I have to say that relaxation is not the only benefit you have gotten. Kill birds with one stone. How can people not enjoy physical exercises as their method to relax?

Another equally important point is that doing physical exercise helps people to build good physical condition of their body no matter what is their initiate. Life's meaning lies in motion, the saying is not coming from nowhere. If one is tired and sad, he can go running. By reaching the same goal in a shorter time compared with before, feelings of satisfaction and achievement will emerge. In this way, the purpose of relaxation has accomplished, sadness has gone and the body's physical condition has be improved, which is a kind of insurance in people' further studying and working. Can sick people complete the same amount of work in a limited time as a health people do? Apparently, they cannot. Accordingly, it is better to relax by doing physical exercises.

Some people may argue that by reading books and watching movies, people are capable to learn knowledge. After a whole day of busy work, no wonder learning new knowledge becomes a tough question for people because of the over using of brain in the day. Anyway, doing physical exercises looks like a wise choice.

To sum up, doing physical exercises can fulfill people's aim in relaxing and also it is possible to benefit people in other kinds of approach in health and communication 个人喜欢总结把前面说过的理由再讲一遍,呵呵 . Why should people not chose do physical exercises a good way to relax?

包子你的文章很不错哦,开头是3个设问句,我写的时候也想用设问开头,就是想不出。你的每段的最后一句总结话包括最后一段,都很擅长用疑问方式去总结,很值得我去学习模仿,哈哈

Both of the lecturer and the writer discuss the issue about whether dinosaurs are endotherms. The author lists three possible evidence to support his opinion about dinosaurs are endotherms. The lecturer, on the contrary, insists that all the evidence cannot prove the view holds by the writer.

First, the speaker claims that the polar region where dinosaur fossils are found is warmer than today. It is warm enough in the warm period of a year for endotherms to live, despite of their disability in controlling their body temperature consistently. When it is in the cold period of a year, endotherms can migrate to warmer places or hibernate like many reptiles do. Therefore, the fossils found in the polar region cannot necessarily prove the fact that dinosaurs are endotherms.

Moreover, the speaker asserts that the legs underneath dinosaurs body cannot necessarily explain that dinosaurs are high energy consuming endotherms build for running, which means there is connection between dinosaurs’ movement and their body structure. With the legs under their body, more weight can be supported. So they can grow to large size. Being large in size has advantages for dinosaurs. No need to focus on that the physical movement of dinosaurs is limited by the legs-under-body structure. Consequently, this directly disproves its counterpart in the reading material.

At last the professor contends that the growing ring discovered in the bones of dinosaurs exhibits that dinosaurs are not rapidly growing like endotherms do. They living in a pattern-growing quickly in warm time, stop or slow growing in cold time and start growing in warm time again. Furthermore, this characteristic is known as not belong to endotherms. Accordingly, this is another place experiences the contradicted theory.

To sum up, the professor clearly identifies the weaknesses in the passage and convincingly shows that the main idea of the reading material, dinosaurs are endotherms, is incorrect.
