I've been asking Lawyer a few times, you can see the 'conversation' back and forth many times in a day

and not productive at all. From that, we may learn how important effective communication is.

I couldn't comprehend his point. What frustrates me is that he uses abstract theory to explain a simple concept, or in other times, attempt to explain the difference by an analogy while providing no relationship between the comparison objects. (since I'm still in the maze and couldn't see the links)

I need someone to explain the logic error in a simple and effective way, then upgrade to a theoratical level.

right now, I'm in a convoluted maze, please explain the direction in a simple, effective and understandable manner.
